  2. Open to anyone 21 or older, or has a legal medical marijuana card in their Country, and who can legally receive the winning items in their Country.
  3. Winner must provide valid ID or Medical Card and shipping address.
  4. Giveaway entry will run from February 13th, 2023 12:00AM MST through April 30th, 2023 11:59PM
  5. Winner will be announced via Livestream on Instagram (on account @Vapvana) between May 1st, 2023 and May 14th, 2023
  6. Winner will be contacted via the email they submitted during entry.
  7. Winner will receive One "E-Vap Early Adopters Kit" and qualify to receive "Free Products For Life" by becoming an official Vapvana Beta Tester
  8. Winner will have to agree to the Official Vapvana Beta Tester Terms & Conditions to be accepted in the program, and qualify for their prize of "Free Products For Life"
  9. Winner can choose to decline to become a Vapvana Beta Tester in exchange for $1,000.00 USD via Vapvana Gift Card
